The service
Carriersfy AI produces and operates Digital Employees: AI software agents educated on your business, examined, and certified before deployment. A Digital Employee is a software service. It is not a human being, not an employee of your company in the legal sense, and not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).
Pilots and subscriptions
Production of a Digital Employee is a one-time fee; operation is a monthly subscription you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Founding program pricing is limited and honored for as long as your subscription remains active.
Your content
You retain all rights to the business knowledge you provide. You grant us the license needed to use it solely to educate, operate and improve your Digital Employee. You are responsible for having the right to share the materials you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to deceive consumers, or to represent AI output as human when disclosure is required by law.
AI outputs
Digital Employees are certified against behavioral standards, but AI systems can make mistakes. You should review important business policies with us during education, and the employee is designed to escalate to humans rather than guess.
Text Messaging Consent
If you provide a phone number and affirmatively opt in where an opt-in control is presented, you may receive SMS text messages from Carriersfy AI as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy — including the first-month guarantee.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Governing law and venue will be finalized in the counsel-reviewed version of these terms.
