Responsible AI

Our position
We believe AI that represents a business must be held to a professional standard — the way an employee is, not the way a gadget is. That belief is engineering, not marketing: it is enforced by our production pipeline.
What we practice
- Certification before deployment. Every Digital Employee must pass a behavioral certification exam. Employees that fail are not deployed. We have published evidence of our own employees being refused deployment by this gate.
- Honest ignorance. Employees are educated — and examined — to say "I don't know" and escalate to humans rather than invent answers.
- No human impersonation. Digital Employees do not claim to be human.
- Bounded authority. Each employee operates inside an execution envelope: an explicit whitelist of allowed actions, enforced in software and logged.
- Model provenance. Every certification record pins the exact AI model that was examined, so a certificate is always traceable.
- Human oversight. Humans review stopped production runs, escalations, and any authorized quality review.
- Continuous re-certification. When an employee's knowledge changes, re-certification is mandatory before the updated employee serves customers.
What we do not do
We do not deploy uncertified AI, we do not let employees improvise outside their education, and we do not publish results we have not achieved.
