The principle

Your business built its knowledge. Educating a Digital Employee with it does not transfer it — not to us, not to other customers, not to AI model vendors.

What you own

Your business knowledge — documents, policies, price lists, FAQs you provide. Yours, always.
Your conversation data — what your customers say to your Digital Employee is your business record.
Your employee's education — the compiled course and knowledge built FROM your materials serves only your business.

What we own

The platform: the factory, the certification methodology, the runtime, the software. The distinction is clean — your content, our machinery.

Portability and exit

You can request an export of your knowledge and conversation data at any time, and deletion when you leave. Our enterprise architecture additionally supports key-gated export bundles and cryptographic shredding on deletion. Leaving must always be possible — a vendor you cannot leave is a vendor you cannot trust.
