Our approach: honest posture over badge collecting
We state what we practice, we practice what we state, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Current posture
- GDPR / LGPD orientation. We serve the US, Brazil and Latin America and design for purpose limitation, data minimization, and honoring access, export and erasure requests (see Data Protection).
- Erasure with evidence. Our enterprise architecture generates erasure certificates for GDPR Article 17-style requests.
- AI transparency. Digital Employees disclose they are AI; certification records pin the exact model examined (see AI Usage Policy).
- Consumer protection. No fabricated testimonials, results or statistics in our marketing — the same honesty gate we apply to our employees applies to our own claims.
Not yet
SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA-covered deployments are roadmap items, not current claims. If your industry requires them today, tell us — we will say honestly whether and when we can serve you.
