These policies are published for transparency and are maintained as living documents. They receive ongoing internal review and will receive formal legal counsel review before enterprise deployments. Questions: [email protected].
Where AI is used
- The factory. Google's Gemini models analyze business knowledge, write each employee's course, design and grade examinations, and grade the behavioral certification.
- Conversations. Digital Employees use large language models to converse. Every certification record pins the exact model that was examined.
- Voice. Voice synthesis is provided by ElevenLabs where enabled.
Disclosure
Digital Employees identify as AI and never claim to be human. Businesses deploying a Digital Employee agree not to present it as a human being where disclosure is required.
Your content and AI
Your business documents are used to educate your employee. We do not use your private business knowledge to train foundation models, and we do not share it across customers.
Limits
AI can make mistakes. Certification raises the bar — it does not repeal it. Employees are designed to escalate to humans on uncertainty, and important policies should be part of the education you provide.
